Cheese Pizza Recipe

Cheese pizza is quick, delicious and easy to make. This recipe is great for parties, game nights, or anytime you want to impress your friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 pound pizza dough

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the mozzarella and cheddar cheese into cubes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
    In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, red onion, basil and tomato paste.
  • Sprinkle the olive oil mixture over the top of the garlic, red onion, basil and tomato paste and stir to coat.
  • Place the cubed cheese on the bottom of a pizza pan.
  • Spread the garlic, red onion, basil and tomato paste mixture over the cheese.
  • Press the cheese down¬†gently¬†with your fingers.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a circle and place it over the pizza.
  • Bake the pizza for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with the cubed cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
